4 (optional 1+1) mounting structures for an electric drive unit

This test bench must contain all the mechanical parts to which the equipment to be tested is attached:

- Lastmaschinen

-Clutches

- Mechanical integration of instruments (e.g. torque meters, etc.)

- Suitable machine beds

- A fastening that can withstand the defined machine loads and vibrations

- Protection system for rotating parts

The test bench, together with the EPU (not shown), is intended to resemble the exemplary test setup of the engine system shown in Figure 1.

The test bench is delivered to the test site fully assembled and aligned, with all mechanical parts and devices to be tested being assembled for the first time free of charge. The following equipment is provided to the seller by the buyer:

- Lastmaschinen

-Clutches

- Drehmomentmesser

All materials that are not supplied by the buyer must be provided by the seller.

It must be possible to dismantle, reassemble and relocate the test bench as well as the protection system for rotating parts of the drive train, all assembled machines and components. If possible, they should be able to be dismantled and reassembled at an ergonomic height. Assembly and disassembly instructions must be provided by the seller.

The superstructure structure, the adapter frame, the adapter plate and the protection system for rotating parts must be able to be lifted with a crane or forklift.

The necessary additional agreements (e.g. on confidentiality, limited warranty, design checks, modifications, etc.) must be specified by the seller.
