Framework Agreements will be entered into for ICT consultancy services for 10 service areas, and Framework Agreements will be entered into with between 5 and 10 tenderers assuming that a sufficient number of suitable tenders are received. The Contracting Authority wants to enter Framework Agreements with established, newly established/specialised consultants. The threshold for qualification to participation in the tender contest is therefore low, and tenderers can submit tenders for up to half of the subject areas for the different service fields.
