1. The subject of the order is:
1.1.Receipt and development of mixed municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the area of the Municipality of Szubin in an amount of approximately 11400 Mg;
1.2.The collection and development of segregated municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Szubin Municipality is estimated to be approximately 4640 Mg;
1.3.Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, located within the town of Szubin, is estimated to be approximately 3278.70 Mg
1. The subject of the order is:
1.1.Receipt and development of mixed municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the area of the Municipality of Szubin in an amount of approximately 11400 Mg;
1.2.The collection and development of segregated municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Szubin Municipality is estimated to be approximately 4640 Mg;
1.3.Receipt and development of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from the owners of the property on which the residents reside, located within the town of Szubin, is estimated to be approximately 3278.70 Mg
2.The Contractor is obliged to organize the collection of waste of furniture and other large-sized waste, spent tyres and used electrical and electronic equipment in the area of the Municipality of Szubin after prior indication of the place and date by the Ordering Party
3.The Contractor is obliged to use municipal waste collected from the municipal area and the city of Szubin in municipal installations, in accordance with the document “Kyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Waste Management Plan” and in accordance with the hierarchy of methods of handling waste referred to in Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 as amended) Zoning according to the provisions of the current resolution of the Sejmik of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship on “Waste Management Plan of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship”, the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the Waste Act and the Law of Environmental Protection Act.
4The procurement services should be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the proposed provisions of the contract have been specified to the SWZ and made available at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/szubin
5.Requirements related to the execution of the employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the contracting activities indicated by the Contracting Authority, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work specified in the manner Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320) cover the following types of activities:
a. Driving vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste (drivers);
b. The operation of vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste in the field of emptying containers (cleaners);
c. Administrative (office), including: invoicing, working time billing, issuing waste transfer cards, BDO database maintenance;
