Purpose of the tender
The current agreements for the supply of Electricity and Gas to the UMCG expire at the end of 2023 due to operation of law.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a new agreement with one economic operator(s) per lot as of 1 January 2024.
Agreement
The agreement enters into force as soon as the Parties have legally signed the Supply Agreement.
The supply of electricity will start on 1 January 2024, 00:00 CET, provided that the Parties have reached prior written agreement regarding the Assignment.
The delivery of gas will start on 1 January 2024, 06:00 CET, provided that the Parties have reached prior written agreement regarding the Assignment.
