The purpose of this tender is to conclude one (1) Agreement for reception services. With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to contract the best quality party, at the best possible conditions and at the lowest possible cost. The aim is to select one party that is able to optimally perform the reception services for the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority wishes a fixed group of three (3) employees who take care of the occupancy of the reception between 07:30 and 18:00. Of these employees, one (1) employee is present from 07:30 to 15:00 and one (1) employee from 10:00 to 18:00. In case of illness and/or holiday, a fixed ambulatory pool is used, whereby the occupancy of the reception and maximum unburdening of the Contracting Authority is guaranteed.
