Performing internal cleaning services, outdoor area and greenery care in the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 208.

The subject of the contract consists of three parts:

1) Part I - Performing cleaning services in the building of the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 208;

2) Part II - Performing the service of cleaning the external area adjacent to the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 208;

3) Part III - Performing gardening and care works in the external area adjacent to the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw, al. Niepodległości 208.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

a) cleaning: office rooms, social rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, hygienic and sanitary rooms, smoking rooms, social rooms of craftsmen and drivers, cloakrooms, hand cookers, passageways in basements, halls, corridors, stairs, elevators, warehouses and archives of the Central Statistical Office, gatehouses with facilities and guard booths, including floor cleaning:

˗ floor covering – 5.600 m2.

˗ PVC flooring – 3.000 m2.

˗ wooden stave – 800 m2.

˗ wooden panels – 3.448 m2.

˗ floor made of terrazzo, gres and granite – 4.400 m2;

b) washing floor coverings, carpets - a maximum of 3,000 m2 during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract, with the proviso that the service of washing floor coverings, carpets will be commissioned according to the needs of the Ordering Party, and the area on which the ordered service will be performed will not be less than 50 m2 at a time;

c) polymerization of PVC floor covering - a maximum of 12,000 m2 during the period of the contract, with the proviso that the polymerization service of PVC floor covering will be commissioned no more often than 1 time every 6 months, and the area on which the commissioned service will be performed will not exceed 3,000 m2 at a time;

d) anti-slip protection of stone (granite) floors and stairs - a maximum of 4,400 m2 during the period of the subject of the contract, along with the replacement of anti-slip strips on stone steps, with the proviso that the anti-slip protection service of stone floors and stairs (granite) will be commissioned no more often than 1 time every 6 months, and the area on which the commissioned service will be performed will not exceed 1,100 m2 at a time;

e) washing (double-sided) windows together with frames and window sills - a maximum of 16,000 m2, during the period of implementation of the subject of the contract, with the proviso that the window cleaning service will be commissioned no more often than 1 time every 6 months, and the area on which the service will be performed will not exceed 4,000 m2 at a time.

2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in particular with:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order for Part I, constituting Annex 1.1 to the SWZ – referred to as "OPZ for Part I";

2) the contractor's offer for Part I;

3) Agreement for Part I, the model of which is attached as Annex 6.1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

a) cleaning of the hardened external surface, in the season:

˗ spring - autumn, 15 III - 14 XI,

˗ winter, 15 XI - 14 III,

b) cleaning the green surface - lawns, in the season:

˗ spring - autumn, 15 III - 14 XI,

˗ winter, 15 XI - 14 III.

2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in particular with:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order for Part II, constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ – referred to as "OPZ for Part II";

2) the contractor's offer for Part II;

3) Agreement for Part II, the model of which is attached as Annex 6.2 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

a) tree care (I class stand up to 20 years – 76 pcs., III class stand aged 41-60 years – 63 pcs.),

b) hedge bush care – 930 pcs.,

c) cutting ornamental shrubs,

d) liquidation of self-seeding,

e) planting flowers up to 12 pcs. concrete lawns, i.e.: 48 pcs. shiny red sage, 4 pcs each/lawn - in the period spring – autumn and 48 pcs. ash elders /frost/, 4 pcs./lawn - in autumn-winter,

f) spraying around the car park together with a tennis court and volleyball court,

g) weeding weeds in concrete lawns,

h) undercutting thick branches of trees growing in close proximity to the installation of solar panels,

i) raking leaves on the area of 10 000 m2 and their removal from the Ordering Party's premises,

j) mowing and raking grass on the area of 10,000 m2 and its removal from the Ordering Party's premises,

k) planting trees (globular maple 3 pcs.),

(l) removal of root suckers in old stands.

2. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in particular with:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order for Part III, constituting Annex 1.3 to the SWZ – referred to as "OPZ for Part III";

2) the contractor's offer for Part III;

3) Agreement for Part III, the model of which is attached as Annex 6.3 to the SWZ.
