The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for the rehabilitation of patients after COVID-19 disease, and with technical and functional parameters specified in detail in Annex 2.1 (Package No. 1) / 2.2 (Package No. 2) to this SWZ to the Independent Public Health Care Center of the Jędrzej Śniadecki Provincial Hospital in Białystok.
