The College is seeking a single provider to carry out a design and build contract of the College’s new campus at the Basford Hall site, including the Sustainable Construction Innovation Centre (SCIC). The purchase may include a selection or all of the following: finalising design from the end of RIBA Stage D, service diversions and ground preparation works, construction and fit-out of the new campus building including the Sustainable Construction Innovation Centre (SCIC), relocation of existing equipment to the new campus, procurement and installation of FFandE, demolition of the existing structures on site, landscaping, soft landings and maintenance.

The estimated cost of the entire development is 30 000 000 GBP including professional fees, furniture, fixtures, equipment, VAT and all other incidental and associated costs.
