The subject matter of the framework contract are structural tests - static and constructive tests according to RVP in accordance with the specifications of the service description (Annex 1 to the framework contract).

The measurement services are divided into the following performance ranges:

Performance range 02: Accommodates drainage systems

Service area 03: Processing and transformation of ascent/geodata

Performance range 04: Layout work

The service areas are hereinafter also referred to as "lots" due to the specification of terms in this announcement form.

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) takes place by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (see Section VI.3 for more details and in the cover letter, which can be accessed via the electronic address specified in Section I.3).

The framework contract to be concluded individually includes for each contractor those service areas described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework yield) for which the admission requirements have been proven with the application for approval.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2024 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open-house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends subject to extension option on 31.12.2024. The framework agreement can - analogous to the open house procedure - be extended twice until 31.12.2025 or 31.12.2026 due to the extension option.
