Framework Agreement for the approval of suppliers for the service of making available, implementation and maintenance of an electronic administration platform for the initial entities (called group A) that are part of the joint purchase:

1. Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC);

2. Pompeu Fabra University (UPF);

3. University of Girona (UdG);

4. Open University of Catalonia (UOC);

5. Ramon Llull-Rectorat University (URL);

6. Ramon Llull University-Chemical Institute of Sarrià (URL-IQS);

7. Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya (CSUC).

Framework Agreement for the provision of the service of making available, implementation and maintenance of a platform of electronic administration tools that includes the functional, technical and legal maintenance of the platform, as well as the delivery and implementation of new versions of the software at costs of platform provision. Likewise, the consulting services, taking functional requirements, technical analysis, implementation and commissioning of the project software, parameterization and customization of the project, development of the necessary functionalities to meet the required needs, test plans, plans training, follow-up meetings and start-up. The platform must provide the components required for the electronic administration platform, as well as the required integrations and functionalities indicated as required and those not required that the bidder has indicated will be part of the scope of the proposal. Additionally, the possibility of contracting additional services by each entity participating in the tender for the development of tasks not contemplated in the Framework Agreement but linked to the electronic administration platform is contemplated.
