Preparation of complete design and cost estimation documentation along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the investment in the field of flood protection structures for the task entitled "Construction of the Maskalis reservoir on the Maskalis River at km 15+700 in the town of Łatanice/Chotelek, commune of Wiślica, Busko - Zdrój
The subject of the contract is the development of complete design and cost estimation documentation along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the investment in the field of flood protection structures for the investment task entitled: "Construction of the Maskalis reservoir on the Maskalis River at km 15+700 in the town of Łatanice/Chotelek, Wiślica commune, Busko – Zdrój", along with the author's supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the above-mentioned documentation.
The above documentation will first include the development of a multi-variant concept of software and spatial construction of the tank, which will allow you to choose the most favorable variant for the construction of the tank and will allow you to accurately determine its function. This concept should be developed within 6 months from the date of signing the contract. Also during this period, an application for a decision on environmental conditions must be submitted. The above-mentioned application, before submitting it to the competent authority, must obtain the approval of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the procedures in force at the State Water Holding Polish Waters. The time of agreeing on the above-mentioned complete application, the Contractor should take into account within the above-mentioned period of 6 months.
Note: The developed concept is to include, among others, an analysis of the existing environmental conditions in the area of the designed reservoir, as well as an analysis of the impact on the environmental objectives specified for the JCWP/JCWPd and on NATURA 2000 areas and other forms of nature protection. Particular account should be taken of the legal regime of protected areas, as well as of threats and conservation activities arising from conservation plans or conservation task plans, particularly with a view to establishing the existence and requirements for the protection of habitats or species sensitive to changes in hydrological conditions. At the stage of developing a multi-variant program-spatial concept, a preliminary opinion of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Kielce should be obtained as to the possibility of locating the reservoir in the above-mentioned areas covered by special protection.
The expected main functions of the reservoir are: flood protection - reducing flood risks in the valley below the reservoir, retention, protection against the effects of drought and the occurrence of water shortages. The reservoir planned for implementation is in line with the principles of counteracting natural disasters and minimizing their effects.
The ordering party requires a local inspection in the field. The Contractor shall carry out the local inspection at his own expense. The aim of the vision is to get acquainted with the area provided for the implementation of the entire construction project. A protocol will be drawn up from the inspection (signed by representatives of the Contractor and the Ordering Party), in two identical copies (1st for the Ordering Party, 2nd for the Contractor), a photocopy of which should be attached to the offer to confirm the field vision. The contracting authority will reject an offer that has been submitted without a local inspection. The date of the field visit should be agreed by the Contractor with the employees of PGW WP Water Supervision in Busko Zdrój, tel. 41/378 10 51
