The request concerns the storage & distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices that are used for imminent, current or to prevent current and future pandemic and /or endemic situation and health crises. An important part of this is currently all products that are part of the Covid-19 vaccination.

Storage must take place within the Netherlands, distribution concerns national coverage to the implementing partners, including Texel. The other Wadden Islands are served through an implementation partner.

The Netherlands Antilles are also supplied and donations can be made abroad. The transport for this is in principle outside the scope, the order preparation is part of the scope.

The scope of the contract is estimated to total a maximum of € 21,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire term. This amount includes all options for renewal, but does not include any extensions under the review clauses as elaborated in section 2.5. If the amount of € 21,000,000 excl. VAT is exceeded, the Client can no longer rely on this framework agreement, unless the conditions of one of the exception grounds in Article 2.163a to g Aw are met.

If the revision clauses are used, the size of the Assignment will increase by the amounts mentioned in paragraph 2.5.
