Operational and project support (abbreviation: BetPro)The aim is to support the operation of the current as well as the changes towards the desired IT solution and, on the one hand, to provide knowledge to GKL's IT staff, but on the other hand, to take on subtasks in the company as well as in projects on their own responsibility. For this purpose, in-depth empirical knowledge is to be provided and the projects are to be supported with a hands-on mentality.
Technical and organizational process, quality and security consulting (abbreviation: OrgPro)Safety is an essential basis for GKL. Therefore, all activities of a realignment must be implemented in the context of process safety. In addition, GKL is striving for ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / BSI-Grundschutz certification, so that all measures in this context must be evaluated. In addition, GKL needs support in the introduction of a corresponding ISMS system. Change projects should be proactively accompanied in the consideration of security aspects.
