the Framework Agreement which relates to the provision of telecommunications services with the limited supply of accessories for the needs of the grouping formed between the City of Touquet-Paris-Plage (coordinator), the Communal Centre for Social Action, the Caisse des Ecoles and Le Touquet & Co, is mono-awarded for each of the lots without negotiation or re-competing. The Framework Agreement will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 500,000 euros (all lots combined) over its entire duration fixed at 12 months from 1 January 2022, renewable by tacit renewal from year to year without the total duration being able to exceed 4 years, i.e. until 31 December 2025 at midnight. The contract may be terminated at the end of each annual period by either party, without compensation, with 4 months' notice

- Routing of outgoing telephone traffic not accessible by preselection of the carrier including: special numbers and emergency numbers.
