The Brønnøysund Register Centre shall enter into a purchase agreement (‘Distribution agreement’) and a maintenance agreement with one tenderer related to distribution services for SAN and storage technology from IBM. The contract shall cover the purchase of hardware with associated software, associated support and maintenance services and other services the distributor can offer.

The total value of the contract is currently uncertain due to the need for supplementary equipment components and consultancy assistance will vary in accordance with the need for replacement and investment. However, the estimated value of the contract is between NOK 20 000 000-40 000 000 and is divided approximately as follows: NOK 15 000 000-30 000 000 for equipment, NOK 4 500 000 — 9 000 000 for support and maintenance and NOK 500 000 — 1 000 000 for consultancy services.

The Brønnøysund Register Centre aims at ensuring that the supplier agreements run continuously as long as the costs incurred do not exceed the total estimated value in the qualification documentation. Cf. the above section.
