The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and skidding, nursery, to be performed in the Baligród Forest District in 2023
The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;
Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;
Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);
Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);
Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewal with the help of a planter;
Attachment No. 2.4.3. – information on the planting of seedlings at the planting site
Works subject to the Option may be commissioned in an amount that will not exceed 20% of the Value of the Subject of the Agreement determined in accordance with § 10 section 1 of the model contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ. The basis for determining the value of works commissioned under the Option (in order to determine its scope) will be the unit prices of individual works included in the offer cost estimate constituting part of the Offer.
The Ordering Party is not obliged to order works covered by the subject of the Option, and the Contractor is not obliged to claim their order.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract
Material scope of services which are the subject of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7).) will not exceed 50 % of the value of this contract
Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. died.).
