After the demolition of the existing sanitary building, the extension of the Wilhelm-Tanck-Schule at Färberstraße 25 in Neumünster is planned as a 3-storey new building with a net floor area of approx. 2,800 m² directly adjacent to the existing listed building. The building will have a flat roof with extensive greenery and a PV system.

The screed work includes:

• Floating cement screed incl. insulation

• Allowances for reinforcement, joint formation and admixtures to accelerate setting

• Moisture tests in the screed

• Preparation of audit documents.
