The subject of the contract is the performance of cleaning services for T2, T3 and Cargo terminals and washing glazing (option) in Terminals T1, T2, T3, Cargo and LSRG Watchtowers within a period of 36 months at the Poznań – Ławica Airport
The subject of the contract is to perform cleaning services for T2, T3 and Cargo terminals and washing glazing (option) in Terminals T1, T2, T3, Cargo and LSRG Watchtowers within a period of 36 months at the Poznań – Ławica Airport.
The Contractor is obliged in particular to:
a. constant, comprehensive, round-the-clock maintenance of cleanliness in passenger terminals T2, T3 and Cargo and in the external area,
b. providing all equipment (minimum two self-propelled scrubbing and collecting machines, one scrubbing and collecting push machine, one single-disc scrubbing machine, one vacuum cleaner for collecting water, one washing vacuum cleaner, four industrial vacuum cleaners, one pressure washer, one washing machine, one manual plough for snow removal, four multifunctional trolleys, hand and auxiliary equipment), workwear (sweatshirt, trousers, T-shirt, jacket in one color with the Contractor's logo for each person taking part in the execution of the order), fragrant or odorless cleaning products (washing, preserving, disinfecting, etc.), sanitary and hygienic products (liquid soap, white two-layer toilet paper with a weight of at least 2 x 17g – large and small rolls, disposable sheets and white paper towels for mother and child rooms, air fresheners with dispensers, fragrances, MB Active Trap siphons up to 4 Urimat waterless urinals http://www.ekotoaleta.pl/, biodegradable, safe for the water and ground environment means for de-icing surfaces, sand, salt and other materials necessary for the proper performance of the contract with appropriate certificates and approved for use in public utility facilities in the Polish;
c. constant maintenance of order on lawns and pavements, and in the winter season constant snow removal of sidewalks and removal of glaciations and maintaining stocks of de-icing agents and sand at a level that guarantees their ongoing replenishment.

The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial and variant tenders, does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement, does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL Act, does not provide for local inspections by Contractors or verification of documents referred to in Article 131(2)(2) of the PPL Act, does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies, does not provide for an electronic auction, does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing cleaning services in the Ordering Party's facilities and persons supervising their performance. The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the Ordering Party's right to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements is specified in the public procurement contract, the template of which is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 96 of the PPL Act.
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogs or attaching electronic catalogs to the offer. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots due to the specificity of the contract and the place of provision of the services being the subject of the contract and the fact that the need to coordinate and supervise the activities of different contractors performing the different parts of the contract could jeopardise the proper performance of the contract and ensure the proper provision of services to airport users.
