The tender concerns the conclusion of a contract with the consultant for the preparation of an environmental report and environmental assessment as well as an application for coastal protection for selected coastal protection projects.

The tender concerns the conclusion of a contract with the consultant, who will prepare 1-4 environmental reports, 1-4 environmental impact reports and 4 applications for coastal protection on the 4 sections: Lodbjerg–Nymindegab, Skagen, Lønstrup and Blåvand. The objective and the financial framework for coastal protection efforts on the stretches are laid down in 4 individual agreements concluded between the Danish Coastal Authority and the coastal municipalities concerned. The agreements are referred to as joint agreements, and most recently five-year joint agreements have been concluded from 2020-2024, where environmental impact reports and environmental reports have been prepared for all 4 applicable joint agreements. The planned coastal protection efforts on the joint agreement sections in 2025-2029 to counteract erosion and flooding on the sections are covered by the Environmental Assessment Act, and in connection with the new joint agreement period 2025-2029, an environmental impact report for the coastal protection efforts in 2025-2029 will be prepared on joint agreement Lodbjerg-Nymindegab, while at the same time assessing whether renewed environmental impact reports for coastal protection efforts in 2025-2029 should be prepared for the 3 other joint contract sections (Skagen, Lønstrup and Blåvand). In addition, it has been assessed that 1-4 environmental reports must be prepared for environmental assessment of the joint agreements.
