2.1.1 This tender is for the provision of Facilities Management Services including soft (FM) services to specified Norfolk Community Health and Care properties across Norfolk, England. Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust are offering this tender.

2.1.3 The services to be provided are:

Soft FM Services

- Food and Beverage Service only;

- Cleaning (inc. window cleaning);Feminine Hygiene services;

- Security - at specified properties (inc management of car parking facilities at specified properties);

- Pest Control;

- Help Desk;

- Waste Management - domestic & recycling categories;

- Portering at specified locations.
