Technical support for official control of food hygiene in slaughterhouses in the Community of Madrid

The purpose of this contract is to provide technical support to the Official Veterinary Services for the performance of official controls, mainly in the post-mortem inspection of animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses in the Community of Madrid.

In accordance with the above-mentioned purpose, the Official Veterinary Services are contracted to support their functions of sanitary control of slaughterhouses through the figure of Official Assistants.
