The Goethe-Institut Bangladesh needs for the object: Goethe-Institut Bangladesh, House-10, Road-9 (new), Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka 1205, Bangladesh.

A general planner for the conversion, extension and renovation of the Goethe-Institut.

The building, which is used only by the Goethe-Institut Dhaka, is to be retrofitted and renovated in accordance with EC8-guidelines for earthquake resistance, fire protection and building security. In addition, the auditorium and the floors above it are to be demolished and rebuilt. Furthermore, an increase of the existing Building by 1 storey with roof terrace and roof cafe and the reorganization of the spatial distribution in the existing building as well as the outside areas is to be planned.
