Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd are seeking to issue a Contract for a Material Supply and Delivery Service for a period of 4 years with the option to extend for a further 3 x 1 year periods.

The Contract will be split into two lots:

Lot 1: General Building, Plumbing and Heating,

Lot 2: Electrical.

It is anticipated that a maximum of 1 Supplier will be awarded a Contract for each Lot.

Lots will be evaluated and awarded on an individual basis. No Supplier will be awarded more than 1 Lot. Therefore, V2C expects tender submissions for Lots 1 or 2 exclusively and will not accept submissions for both Lots.
