In the city of Gunzenhausen, the State Office for Schools is to be created and the examination office is to be established as a branch office of the State Ministry. The building part Landesamt für Schule extends to the third floor, the building part examination office to the second floor. The approved space program adds up to a total of 3,335 m2 for usable areas 1-6. The majority of uses are office space, meeting rooms, an underground car park (55 parking spaces) on the first basement floor, as well as rooms for registration and technical rooms on the second basement floor.

The project is currently located after LPH 5. Work phases 5 to 9 are still to be completed in full.

Planning services (basic services and special services) of the range of services for technical building equipment in accordance with §§53 ff. HOAI in the service phases 5-9, fee zones II/III/II are awarded.
