The Contracting Authority is the Stichting Duinpark. The Duinpark Foundation is responsible for management and maintenance work in the public space in the Duinpark in Den Helder on behalf of the Municipality of Den Helder. As a form of citizen participation, the Duinpark Foundation was established on 29 December 2006 for the management of the public space of the Duinpark. All plot owners in the Duinpark are obliged to participate in this Foundation. During this tender, the Municipality of Den Helder will act as coordinator on behalf of the Duinpark Foundation.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor for the management and maintenance of the greenery in the Duinpark in Den Helder.

The work mainly consists of:

a. Maintenance grass;

b. Maintenance of planting;

c. Maintenance semi-pavement;

d. Remove bulky waste and litter.
