The object of the order is the collection and development in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 year of municipal waste indicated in the description of the object of the order from the owners of the property of the Municipality of Zbiczno in accordance with:

1) regulations:

- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 779 of late) and regulations to the Act,

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 888 as amended) and regulations to the act,

- Plan for waste management of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for the period 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017,

- rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order within the municipality of Zbiczno.

The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of inhabited property and recreational properties covered by the municipal waste collection system in the territory of the Municipality of Zbiczno, delivery and setting containers on real estate and the operation of the mobile Selective Communal Waste Collections Point in the period from 1.01.2022 to 31.12.202. Detailed description of the object of the contract is specified in the description of the object of the contract - Annex 1a to the SWZ and the template of the contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ .
