The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended - "PZP") and implementing acts to the Pzp.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of: forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, services in the field of cleaning of post-harvest surfaces by crushing, to be performed in the area of the Skrwilno Forest District in 2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of: forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood to be performed in the Skrwilno Forest District in 2023.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ
