The purpose of this framework agreement is the surveillance and guarding of the SIOM site by a security guard, including access control.

This is a mixed-price framework agreement:

- a lump sum for permanent guarding, surveillance and access control services, at the times provided for in Article 3.1 of the CCTP

- at unit prices for one-off services, i.e. occasional and exceptional, with purchase orders.

For purchase order services, governed by Article R2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, there is a definition of minimum and maximum amounts, as follows:

- Minimum annual amount: 0 euros

- Maximum annual amount: €15,000 (excl. VAT).
