SERVICE FOR THE MANAGEMENT, OPERATION AND ORDINARY MAINTENANCE OF THE CREMATION PLANT IN PIAZZA CIPRESSI IN CINISELLO BALSAMO – CIG A02328FDBF

The services included in the contract are summarised as follows:

1) Preliminary services for cremation, handling of coffins, etc.;

2) Cremation service of coffins, mortal remains, bone remains, fetuses and abortifacient products and recognizable anatomical parts;

3) Ash collection service, preparation and packaging of cinerary urns, including sealing and fixing of the identification plate of the deceased with annotation on a special register;

4) Cleaning and sanitization of the rooms pertaining to the ovens and ancillary rooms in a normal situation (in case of carrying out maintenance once completed, the company is required to make the rooms clean by leaving them in their original condition);

5) Management, operation and maintenance of the technological systems of the crematoria and associated plants/equipment;

6) Collection of waste produced by cremation and/or maintenance activities with only the movement from the technical room to storage in the containers located in the courtyard of the ovens. The transport to the treatment sites and the disposal of the waste will be carried out by a specialized company appointed by the Administration. The contractor assumes full responsibility for the correct temporary storage;

7) Willingness to carry out any unforeseeable improvements or extraordinary activities that may be necessary to ensure the continuity of the service, for adjustments to new regulations or to protect health, safety or the environment;
