The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended -: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, seed production, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities, to be carried out in the Lubaczów Forest District in 2020.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, seed production, tourist development and maintenance of forest facilities resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- Annex 3.2.– difficulty zones and skidding distances

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.
