This framework agreement concerns the creation and development of fiber optic cable networks, new sections or sections of existing motorways.

The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a multi-beneficiary framework agreement on the creation and development of fiber optic cable networks. The works are located on the entire network of Vinci highways, on new sections or on sections of motorways already equipped.

The service provider will supply the fiber optic cables as well as the connection and end materials (bays, drawers, pigtails / garters, etc.). The supply of technical rooms and street cabinets is also included.

The work services include the creation of new multi-cellular buried infrastructures as well as the implementation of fiber optic cables. The works also include the development and extraction of the networks (concrete slabs, excavations, ...) as well as the operations of setting up the technical premises and street cabinets for the reception of the ends of the optical fibers, even the active equipment. These services will be supplemented by those necessary for the energy connection of these premises.

Cable connection, fiber optic measurement and proofing plan operations are also included in the framework agreement, as well as the electrical power connection of the technical rooms.
