The subject of the contract is the design and comprehensive execution of construction works of the investment under the name: "Construction of a sports and recreation swimming pool complex in Krzeszowice", based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor, in accordance with the requirements set out in the functional and utility program (PFU) and OPZ.

The subject of the contract is the design and comprehensive execution of construction works of the investment under the name: "Construction of a sports and recreation swimming pool complex in Krzeszowice", based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor, in accordance with the requirements set out in the functional and utility program (PFU) and OPZ.

2. The order includes:

1) preparation of multi-branch project documentation, hereinafter referred to as "Documentation", along with obtaining a decision enabling the implementation of the investment (building permit decision), transfer of author's economic rights and authorization to exercise dependent rights, exercising author's supervision,

2) execution of construction works in accordance with the developed design documentation, applicable regulations and technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of works and in accordance with the final building permit along with obtaining the final decision on the occupancy permit.

3. The detailed scope of the contract is defined:

1) in Appendix 9 - Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter: PFU).
