The City of Kuusamo requests your tender for the collection and transport of bio and packaging waste to a location designated by the municipality in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. The contract does not include dishes. The types of waste covered by the contract are:

- biowaste

-plastic

- metal

-paperboard

-Had

The contract period is 1.9.2023-31.12.2027. The contract has two (2) option years, which are negotiated separately. The contracting entity may also decide to exercise only one option year. The contract also includes the transport of combustible waste from the City and Kuusamo Rental Houses.

The comparison is made on the basis of price. The price is expressed in euros per emptying by type of container. In addition to this, the price of washing, regardless of the type of dishes, is indicated. The most advantageous offer by contract area will be selected. Alternative offers will not be accepted.

Estimate of the value of the contract areas per year:

Contract area 1: 100,000€

Contract area 2.1: 250,000€

Contract area 2.2: 100,000€

Contract area 3: 100,000€

The work will start on 1.9.2023 and the contract will be for four years (1.9.2023 - 31.12.2027). Option years 2 years, option years can also be used for only one year. The exercise of the options is negotiated separately and a separate decision is made no later than six (6) months before the end of the contract period.

The City of Kuusamo cannot immediately influence the amount of waste received from its customers, but the amount of waste received varies according to the seasons. In addition, the city cannot directly influence the weekly delivery rhythm of the waste delivered.
