Achieving for Children (AfC (Children's services social enterprise provision for both The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames)) is currently undertaking a commissioning programme to determine the delivery of School Meals provision in the boroughs.

The opportunity will be split into lots: Lot 1 Kingston only, Lot 2 Richmond only, Lot 3 Both Kingston and Richmond. Lot 3 if awarded would be in place of lots 1 and 2 therefore AfC retain the right not to award Lot 3 if awarding Lots 1 and 2, similarly AfC retain the right not to award Lots 1 and 2 if awarding Lot 3.

The procurement is subject to the 2015 Public Contracting Regulations Light Touch Regime.

The contract may or may not include some academy schools that will be subject to separate contractual arrangements with their owners.
