1. The subject of the contract is: "Execution of works related to the maintenance of low and high greenery, including the purchase of plants and the ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in squares and greenery in the Targówek District m.st Warsaw".
Order description:
1) gardening work consisting of, m.in. weeding, planting bulbs, perennials and ground cover plants, seasonal plants, watering, fertilizing, preparing vases and flowerbeds for planting, weeding along with the removal of faded inflorescences, replacing land in flowerbeds,
2) maintenance works in the field of low greenery – cutting hedges, shrubs, weeding clusters of shrubs and hedges, watering shrubs, mulching, removing shrubs,
3) maintenance of high greenery – tree pruning, stakes, removal of suckers, weeding bowls, watering, fertilization, tree removal,
4) mowing lawns,
5) planting trees and shrubs;
6) spring and autumn raking of leaves and impurities from lawns,
7) various cleaning works – sweeping alleys, cleaning the edges of alleys, pavement of slabs and paving stones, gravel alleys, cleaning pollution from the area, emptying bins, intervention cleaning and gardening works,
8) removal of "tosses" pollution, grabbing dirt from the dog run,
9) winter cleaning of alleys, sprinkling with sand,
10) performing minor repairs of elements of small architecture, painting and washing benches, waste bins, information boards, fencing flower beds with gardening net.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract and in Annexes 2a and 2b to the SWZ – price form – list of services, in Annex 3 to the SWZ – conditions for the performance of the contract and quality standards for the performance of works, in Annex 4 to the SWZ – list of squares and green areas in the Targówek District, in Annex 5 to the SWZ – list of works covered by the right of option in 2024.

3. The contracting authority requires employment on the basis of an employment relationship, in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended),
referred to in Article 95(1) of the Act, by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing daily activities indicated in Annex 2a and 2b to the SWZ, i.e. cleaning and gardening works, excluding managers and administrative employees.
