Full Service Management to support differentiated tariff (diftar) for certain groups of municipal waste collection.

The commissioning board receives a user version (user) of the software (incl. maintenance contract);

— the tenderer works with the assignment execution software (from administrative handling to sending payment invitations and reminders). An aftercare service should also be set up by the tenderer, including the actions performed (e.g. terrain work and stock management), in the software package,

— through a green line and e-counter, customers (residents, associations and companies) can request information about containers, chips, emptying, their balance, etc.,

— the installation and maintenance of the software is done by the tenderer,

— the tenderer provides a detailed description of how this contract will be executed in order to allow for a correct assessment of the tender.

There may be a one-tacit extension (from 1.1.2025 to 31.12.2026).

In any event, after the last renewal, no new order will be able to be made in fulfilment of this contract. If the contract is not renewed, the service provider will not be able to claim compensation for this.
