Lånekassen aims to use this procurement to enter into parallel framework agreements for the procurement of assistance with recruitment services for Lånekassen. Contracts will be signed for two areas:
Sub-area 1: Management positions
Sub-area 2: Professional positions
Each area is an independent contest. Tenderers can choose to submit a tender for one or both of the areas described above. As both areas are independent contests, tenders cannot be submitted with package prices for a contract for both areas with one tenderer.
Contracts will be signed with up to 4 tenderers for each sub-contract. This means that up to 4 parallel framework agreements will be signed for each sub-contract.
The assistance can include full recruitment processes, search assistance, testing (personality and ability tests), or hourly based assistance.

Area 1 - management positions
Management positions will mainly be positions with personal responsibility who are placed in the entire entity. Management positions will also include director positions. When recruiting management positions, Lånekassen could need assistance with all or parts of the process. Assistance for parts of the process can include, amongst other things, search assistance, testing, and final evaluations. It will depend on the character of the position.
Area 2 - professional positions
Professional positions will mainly be candidates with IT,
analysis, and development competence, as well as various competence within business development/product development. Other professional roles can also be included under the framework agreement. When recruiting professional positions, Lånekassen could need assistance with all or parts of the process. Assistance for parts of the process can include, amongst other things, search assistance, testing, and final evaluations. It will depend on the character of the position.
