1. The subject of the contract is a service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Municipality of Nowa Sucha and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, in a manner ensuring the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable law:

The object of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal), indicated in the description of the order, municipal waste

from residential properties located in the Nowa Sucha Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Kozłów Biskupi, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2023). 1469, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Resolution of the Mazowieckie Regional Assembly on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodship 2024 and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Nowa Sucha Commune.
