The subject of the contract is the provision of round-the-clock service in the form of direct physical protection of buildings, sports, people and property as well as the area of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw and in the form of technical security, by the licensed Contractor based on the provisions of the Act of 22.08.1997. on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2142).
The subject of the contract also includes the service of the gatehouse in Student Dormitories, service of mass events, including medical service, servicing/inspection of camera systems, recorders, burglar detectors, service of the main entrance to the University.

The subject of the contract is the provision of round-the-clock service in the form of direct physical protection of buildings, sports, persons and property as well as the area of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw and in the form of technical security, by the licensed Contractor based on the provisions of the Act of 22.08.1997. on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2142).
The subject of the contract also includes the service of the gatehouse in Student Dormitories, service of mass events, including medical service, servicing/inspection of camera systems, recorders, burglar detectors, service of the main entrance to the University.

2. The contracting authority shall not allow partial and variant tenders to be submitted.
All works that make up the subject of the contract are closely related. Division into lots, leading to the possibility of selecting more than one contractor, is associated with the possibility of unforeseen collisions, which could expose the Contracting Authority to gross economic losses and excessive technical difficulties related to the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e to the SWZ.
4. It is recommended to make a site visit at the place of performance of the subject of the contract in order to obtain the necessary information for the correct and complete preparation of the offer.
The Contracting Authority informs that on 14.02.2023 at 11.00 a site inspection will take place at the headquarters of the Contracting Entity. Meeting place: Main Building, at the gatehouse under the clock. Contractors participate in the on-site inspection at their own expense and risk. Participation in the on-site inspection is not obligatory. Contractors intending to participate in the on-site inspection, two days before the inspection, will send to the Contracting Authority a list of persons participating in the on-site inspection.

During the on-site inspection, the Contractor shall undertake to comply with the occupational health and safety regulations.
In order to maintain the principle of openness of the proceedings, it will not be possible to ask questions and obtain answers during the inspection. Questions to the SWZ can be asked in writing after the on-site inspection, the answers will be provided and made available to all contractors applying for the award of the contract and on the website of the Contracting Authority.
5. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor and/or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ persons performing direct activities necessary to perform the contract at the University, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320).
The requirements of the Contracting Authority in this respect, in particular regarding the method of verifying the employment of persons referred to in this point, the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of control of compliance by the Contractor with the requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in this point and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements are specified in the model contract § 11.
