Wismut GmbH intends to award a framework agreement for the supply of gauge expansion material, which is required for the construction, rehabilitation and operation of the groundwater monitoring points within the framework of the monitoring and is to be delivered to the remediation areas of Ronneburg and Königstein of Wismut GmbH. The tender is divided into 3 lots:

Lot 1: Delivery of 2,823 pieces of level material made of PVC-U material

Lot 2: Delivery of 600 pieces of liner pipes with 1,200 end caps made of PVC-U material

Lot 3: Delivery of 370 gauge conduits with 350 joints made of S235 JR galvanized material.

The quantities of the lots are estimates for 4 years.

Delivery of 2,823 pieces of level material made of PVC-U. The filter and solid wall pipes according to DIN 4925, parts 1 to 3 and the factory standard are to be delivered in various nominal diameters, thread types, slot widths and grain sizes as a framework contractual service to the renovation sites of Wismut GmbH in Ronneburg and Königstein.

The level material should have the following types of threads:

- R pipe thread (Whitworth pipe thread) according to DIN 4925 Part 1 with reference to DIN 2999 Part 1, cylindrical female thread and tapered male thread, pitch 11 gear per inch

- T trapezoidal thread according to DIN 4925 Part 2 and Part 3, pitch 6 mm

- TNA trapezoidal thread not bulky, thread cut into the wall, thread diameter and pitch according to factory standard

The estimated quantities for 4 years:

Gauge material DN 20: 172 pieces,

Level material DN 50: 324 pieces,

Level material DN 100 normal-walled: 336 pieces,

Level material DN 100 thick-walled: 332 pieces,

Level material DN 100 extra thick-walled: 342 pieces ,

Gauge material DN 125 normal-walled: 425 pieces,

Level material DN 125 thick-walled: 392 pieces,

Level material DN 125 extra thick-walled: 500 pieces.

Delivery of 600 pieces of liner pipes and 1,200 pieces of end caps made of the material PVC-U as a framework contractual service for the Ronneburg renovation site of Wismut GmbH.

The liner pipes are to have an overall length of 980 mm with smooth ends on both sides, an outer diameter of 110 mm and a wall thickness of 2.2 mm.

For this purpose, the appropriate end caps are required.

The quantities are estimates for 4 years.

Delivery of 370 gauge protection pipes and 350 double sleeves made of S235 JR galvanized material as a framework contract service for the Ronneburg renovation site of Wismut GmbH.

The level protection pipes with a wall thickness of 4.85 mm and the whiteworth thread according to DIN are required in different lengths.
