The contractor must provide the secondary education school (approximately 666 pupils, of which 136 are practical education, 534 (vmbo phase-out havo/vwo as of 1 August 2023) of Blick op Onderwijs with the educational resources that are relevant for secondary education (from BBL to vwo). Learning resources are understood to mean (digital) methods, learning resources and licenses.

The Contractor rents (where still possible), sells, delivers, distributes, manages (storage of educational resources where possible and necessary) and takes learning resources, focusing as much as possible on a service-oriented character.

The Client reserves the right to purchase teaching methods and materials that the Contractor does not supply/cannot supply from third parties.

The maximum size of the assignment is € 1,300,000 including VAT and determined as accurately as possible. If the specified size is realized earlier than the end date of the framework agreement, it will automatically end and the contract will be re-tendered (prematurely). No rights can be derived from this amount.
