The subject of this call for tenders is the acquisition of services for administrative inquiries for eu-LISA. In particular, the scope of this call for tenders is the provision of services of investigative and administrative inquiries to the Agency, in accordance with the Annex IX ‘Disciplinary Proceedings’ to the Staff Regulations and the Decision No 2022-081 of 24 March 2022 of the Management Board of eu-LISA laying down general implementing provisions on the conduct of administrative inquiries and disciplinary proceedings, which are carried out in order to ascertain the facts and assess whether any misconduct has occurred.
