acc no2023-02 - Cleanliness of the roads (Mechanical and/or manual sweeping of the municipal roads) The City of Soisy-Sous-Montmorency calls on the skills of companies to ensure the regular cleaning of roads and public spaces and, thus, a permanent cleanliness of the municipality. The services are intended to: - mechanical or manual sweeping of roads, sidewalks, gutters, paths, squares, serviced car parks, including dog droppings. - The mechanized washing of the roads and sidewalks of certain roads (at the request of the municipality). - Mechanized watering of roads and squares of certain roads (at the request of the municipality). - The collection of papers and other rubbish (roads and green spaces) by electric scooter, - Disposal of waste and other rubbish. The description of the services and their technical specifications is detailed in the consultation documents, in particular in the CCAP and CCTP, & their annexes, at the DPGF & the BPU

Allotment: In accordance with Article L.2113-11 of the Public Order Code, this framework agreement is not alloti. Indeed, the service, subject of this framework agreement, is considered as a homogeneous service, which cannot be broken down and entrusted to several holders, except to make its execution technically difficult and financially more expensive.variants: variants at the initiative of the candidate (Article R.2151-8 of the Public Order Code) are not allowed. This consultation is launched without variant at the initiative of the buyer provided for in Articles R2151-9 and R.2151-10 of the Public Order Code.PSE: The contract does not include a mandatory option or possible additional service.form OF the Contract: The Framework Agreement is concluded at a mixed price. It includes:- a flat-rate share for the fixed and recurring part described in the contract documents, for which the contract is treated by applying a global and flat-rate price fixed by the holder in the deed of commitment, and detailed in the breakdown of the global and flat-rate price (Dpgf); - a share in purchase orders for the performance of additional services requested by the buyer, for which the contract is treated at unit prices in accordance with the unit price schedule (Bpu). This part is executed as and when necessary by the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with Articles R2162-13 and following of the Public Order Code, under the following conditions: Minimum annual amount = without minimum amount / Maximum annual amount = 25,000 euro (s) HTDUREE: The contract is concluded for an initial firm period of three (3) years from 14/06/2023, or at the latest on the date of notification to the holder. It may be renewed one (1) time, for a period of one (1) year, without the contract exceeding four (4) years. The holder may not refuse this renewal. Nevertheless, the buyer reserves the right not to renew this contract. In this case, he will inform the holder by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt four (4) months before the end of the initial period. This non-renewal does not entitle the holder to the payment of any compensation. After expiry of the framework agreement or termination, the parties remain bound by virtue of services or settlements that remain to be performed.
