project management mission on Preliminary Project Summary for the rehabilitation of the Halle Fichet

Currently, this degraded hall of 4,800 m2 is located in a main axis of the heart of the city near the Danielle Mitterrand School group and in front of the Place Jean Anciant, close to the train station and the future district of the ec Eau port. It is in the heart of an inhabited district (housing, school, nursery, leisure center).

The main objectives for this operation are as follows:

- the complete renovation of the main façade of the building;

- the complete repair of the roof;

- interior design work

The benefits are divided into 2 tranches:

- firm tranche "Restoration of the enclosed and covered": Complete renovation of the main façade of the building; Complete repair of the cover

- optional tranche "interior fittings": Interior fittings
