These works include (but are not limited to) furnishing the construction site, demolition works, earth and sewer works, concrete and masonry works, insulation and roofing of flat roofs and exterior carpentry with aluminum profiles; interior plasterwork, light walls, wall finishes, screed, floor finishes, interior joinery, painting.

These works include (but not limited to) fixed furniture.

These works include (but are not limited to) the indoor sanitary installation.

These works include (but are not limited to) the heating and ventilation installation and the climate ceilings.

These works include (but are not limited to) electricity, data, access control, fire detection, camera surveillance, care call, TV and radio distribution, outdoor lighting.

These works include the lift in building 2527.1 in Holsbeek.
