The purpose of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of four (4) suppliers (Brand Dealers) for lots 1 and 2 and a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of five (5) suppliers (Brand Dealers) for lot. 3 and 4 for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year.
