Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or both groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each group.

Group division:

Group 1: Crew vehicle with a water tank and fire pump S-1.1;

Group 2: Crew vehicle with a water tank and fire pump S-4.1.

The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contract will be valid from 17.1.2020 until the vehicle(s) are delivered.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1-one/multiple tenderers.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
