1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of information and promotional materials concerning area-related interventions of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027, in the form of brochures, including preparation for printing, printing and distribution of publications.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract can be found in the draft contract constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ).

The subject of the contract is the preparation of information and promotional materials concerning area-related interventions of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for 2023-2027, in the form of brochures, including preparation for printing, printing and distribution of publications.

2. The Contractor is obliged to print and distribute 6 publications - brochures.

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the subject of the contract, i.e. employees performing the following activities: graphic composition and printing throughout the period of performing these activities, on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).

4. Detailed provisions regarding the employment of persons referred to in paragraph 3 are specified in the draft agreement constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

5. The contracting authority does not provide for ISBN assignment for information and promotional materials.

6. The order will be executed within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
