The Commissariats of the State Expropriations shall carry out the administration of the law on the procedure of expropriation relating to real estate (the Expropriation Process Act) and, in this respect, shall lead expropriations for state authorities, concessioned corporations and state corporations. The Commissariats act as secretariat of the Expropriation Commissions and shall prepare and usher, payment of reparations, and cadastral correction of the expropriations. The tender is divided into 3 separate sub-agreements. The first two subagreements cover surveyor services for all cases other than railway matters in Jutland and the Islands respectively. The third part agreement covers surveyor services related to expropriation shops throughout Denmark involving track cases. Three separate framework agreements are awarded so that one chief surveyor is appointed for each part agreement.
