The aim of this European tender is to arrive at a Framework Agreement with two Contractors, who, on behalf of the Municipality, are responsible for the project management of the realization and renovation of school buildings in the municipality of Delft. The Municipality has the ambition to be energy neutral by 2050. For educational housing, this means that in the next 27 years around fifty buildings must be replaced for or adapted into sustainable school buildings according to PvE fresh schools class B. The buildings must also comply with the policy of circular construction, climate adaptation and nature-inclusive. That is a huge task. In addition, nitrogen requirements, climate adaptation, circular construction and other new laws and regulations make the tasks increasingly complex. In order to steer these projects in the right direction and to be able to deliver them within the framework, Delft is looking for skilled project leaders who have experience with similar projects and have an affinity with sustainability.
